How can I return a product?

If you need to request a return, please follow the following steps. Returns are free and you have 14 days after you received the articles to make your request.

1. PREPARTIONS: 

You have to prepare in the original box the article you want to exchange, including the delivery note in the inside; if missing, you can print out the order confirmation email. It is essential that we receive the delivery note so there is no problem registering your return.

3. SHIPPING: 

You are responsible for returning the product. We recommend using DHL with a tracking service.

4. RETURN: 

Once we receive your parcel at the warehouse your refund and corresponding deductions, if they apply, will follow.
