HOW CAN I SHOP AT KWENCH?

Buying a product on our website is very easy. Click on the desired product. Now just select the size and the color and add it to your shopping cart. If there are any problems or errors, just write us a quick message. We'll take care of it immediately!

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

With us you can shop with several payment methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and Apple Pay. In addition, we use all common security measures. Your data is safe with us at all times and we do not store any information related to your means of payment.

IS KWENCH ALSO AVAILABLE IN STORES?

Yes, occasionally you will find Kwench Wear also in sports shops. We are currently working on a list of all the stores that run our goods.

I MISTYPED MY DELIVERY ADDRESS, CAN I CORRECT THIS?

Yes of course, just write us a message with your correct address.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION YET, IS EVERYTHING OKAY?

When the order goes through, we will send you a confirmation. Please do not forget to check your spam folder. If really nothing shows up, write us an e-mail.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel your order please write us a message with your order number and your name. We'll take care of the rest!

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Within Europe it takes about 3-5 days until the package arrives.
